First Contact has designed a self-defense program based on Law Enforcement Training and Tactics from real world application and experience. The idea of self-defense is simply defense of ones self. With our self-defense program you will learn techniques derived from the law enforcement community, that have been tested in the legal world. If a peace officer can use these techniques for their self-defense, then so can you. First Contact offers a one day or two day course in.
